- 01Arrival
- Unroll pile side up and leave for 24 hours in a warm room or in the sun. Blades that were packed flat stand again on their own. Folded cartons may show a crease for a few days; brush against the grain to speed it up.
- 02Placement
- Lay directly on decking, tile, concrete, stone or hardwood. For balconies, leave a finger of space at the drainage edge. Outdoors on soil, add a layer of compacted sand or a drainage mat first.
- 03Weekly
- Brush against the direction of the pile with a stiff broom. This lifts the blades and clears leaves and dust. Rinse with a hose when needed.
- 04Spills and pets
- Rinse through with water. For urine, follow with a mild enzyme cleaner once a week. The yarn does not absorb liquid, so odour lives only in what is left on the backing or beneath it.
- 05Furniture
- Lift rather than drag. Flattened spots recover with a brush and a day of sun. Avoid placing a barbecue, fire bowl or reflective glass directly above the surface.
- 06Winter
- Snow can sit on the surface and melt through. Do not use a metal shovel or de-icing salt.
- 07Years
- An eight-year fade warranty covers UV colour loss. Keep your order number; it is the SKU printed on the care card.
